We’re proud to announce Barb Q. as our April 2016 winner of The Community First Charity Drive!
She will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card, and we will make a $500 donation to the charity of her choosing. Barb was chosen at random out of more than 5,000 customers that left us a review on various review websites across the web!
We had a great time speaking with Barb, and here’s what she had to say:
“Words cannot express how surprised and grateful I was to receive your message. I feel very fortunate to have “accidentally” found you, during my search for a garage door company. We were very blessed to have Fred work on our door- his honesty, sincerity, and professionalism did not go unnoticed at all. Garage Door Services provides phenomenal customer service, and it is obvious that you know how to train your staff, as everyone that I came in contact with (3 employees- 4 including you!) were exceptional with their communication and execution. Barb chose to award The United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation with the $500 donation, and here’s why:
“It was very easy to determine why we chose UMDF. Our daughter was diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease after 14 doctors and multiple misdiagnoses. There is no cure for this hidden disease, but please know that it is linked to Parkinsons, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Huntington’s Disease, MS, and Autism, just to name a few. UMDF is an outstanding organization, providing education, advocacy, fundraisers, etc. For additional information, please refer to their website at www.umdf.org.”
